Thank you for working with the District and understanding the need to change the weekly limits to two (2) times per week, per family.
This appears to be working much better and more residents are able to access the pool. Or so we are hearing.
We also want to Thank you for your patience’s with the Reservation System, we know it has frustrated many and we are all learning how to work with this system.
This Reservation system was the closest we could find in a short time period that fit most of the Districts needs in order to open the pool due to COVID-19 restrictions.
We are finding most are cancelling the reservation for themselves but not everyone in the group. I have attached the Power Point for you to review in hopes that this will make it easier to cancel the reservation if for yourself only or the entire group.
As a reminder “No Guests”.
We have notice that some residents have tried to bring guests.
